The CPC year runs from September 1st - July 15th. CPC membership dues are $30 per CPC year per family and cover entry to all regular events. After April 1st, dues are reduced to $15 and cover membership for the remainder of the CPC year (through July 15th).

To enroll or renew, please print the Membership Form and mail the completed form, along with a check made payable to the Carlisle Parents Connection to the CPC Membership Coordinator. You may also enroll or renew at any of our annual events.
