CPC membership dues are $30 per year per family and covers entry to all regular events. Membership runs from September 1st through July 15th. To enroll or renew, please print the Membership Form and mail the completed form, along with a check for $30 made payable to the Carlisle Parents Connection to the CPC Membership Coordinator.
