The Carlisle Parents Connection (CPC) provides resources, activites and support for families with children under five years of age. We are mothers and fathers, working parents, stay-at-home parents. Many of us are new to Carlisle and many are long-term residents. We all, however, understand the joys and challenges faced by new parents and expanding families.
